Proportion first
Post thickness, beam depth, rafter spacing — these are the details that make a pergola look custom instead of kit. We size everything to the structure and the patio.
Lighting & power
We can rough in conduit for downlights, string lights, fans, and outlets so the wiring disappears into the build.
Tied into the space
Pergolas pair beautifully with a new deck or patio — we'll coordinate footings, flashing, and finishes if we're doing both.
